My brother and dad have the same initials - MKH.
It's starting to get a bit tricky now my brother is older and is getting more mail. We keep getting things addressed to Mr M.K. H____ and not knowing who it belongs (unless the company or whatever is marked on the envelope).
Apart from the mail thing it hasn't caused problems so it doesn't bother me. The mail confusion will be solved when by brother moves out.
