I have almost the same initials as my mum, except she has a C where I have a K.
It wouldn't bother me at all, as long as the actual names weren't too similar sounding; I would happily use Amelia Kitty / Amelie Kate (Katherine/Kitty is a family name).
Edith Mary Amelia is a lovely combo, btw! I also love Evelyn May.
