--Expect a new round every, oh, 1-2 days. Except on Friday, when I'll be leaving town and coming back Monday. I'll announce this later on too.

A map is in the making, because I was so intrigued by your stories. (If you want to say anything more about your geography, you're welcome to.) But I thought since a lot of this is being based around languages, it might be fun for someone to pick someone else's unimportant great-niece or something for the wife of their Crown Prince. So, what do you guys think about interacting eventually? I'd love to hear your opinions.
But we're certainly not interacting yet. :) The six bachelorettes were high-ranking noblewomen from neighboring countries, selected to strengthen trading ties. What sort of noblewoman she was is up to the roll of the die:

I will be out from probably Wednesday to Monday/Tuesday and after that I will be back in town for a few days and will catch up on any rounds that have been posted, if there are any. I think that is about the same time you are out of town so I am not too worried about that. I will then be out of town for another two to three days and when I come back I can catch up again.

Okay, names are forms of parent's names for the most part. I actually French-ed the Queen's names since she is from Francette (an imaginary country similar to France). I did Irish or Scottish forms of the parent's names for the children and will try and stick to this pattern using Celtic or Welsh names. As for the names sounding royal or not anything Gaelic or with the confusing Gaelic spelling seems rather regal to me! :)
Her Regal Highness Orlagh Maighread Sibylla Frangag is to marry a local, high-ranking nobleman to garner support among the aristocracy, and because she has the freedom of falling in love and marrying who she chooses.
The geography of Marbois I imagine as the northern half of the island being rather rocky and rather like the highlands of Scotland with a rocky coast whereas the southern half is more flat, green and a bit warmer in climate with sandy beaches. The capital city of Paix is located about in the middle toward the eastern shore.
