Fairuza is interesting, I'm becoming interested in Persian names too. Désirée is a bit stripper-ish.

Fairuza is lovely, Desiree seems way over the top for me, and doesn't bring to mind many positive images.

Désirée has never been a favourite of mine because I associate it with something negative, but I absolutely LOVE Fairuza! It's very beautiful, and very strong.

I like Desiree, Fairuza is hard to pronounce for me.

Désirée is ok, but not particularly my style. Fairuza is very pretty and I like the meaning.
