Okay, I was hoping that this problem would have fixed itself by now, but it hasn't. My computer will not open MSWord. When I try to open it, it turns off. It's been like this for several days and we're going to talk to the computer guy tonight, so hopefully it will get better, but I am going to have to suspend this congrats until further notice. I'm really sorry and quite bitter.
