...once you're a Gem girl you're never the same."That is a way outdated reference, and I tip my hat to anyone who remembers. It was Jem, though, not Gem, but the sound still triggers the same memories for me.I don't care for Gem on its own, but I think Gemma / Jemma is great. Short and sweet, versatile, and less usual than the similar sounding Jenna or Emma.
