Hello, and welcome to round three of Darkest Congrats. Just give me your tickets and enjoy the show! (Yeah, yeah, cheesy. Deal with it.)
First off, I need all the greens to come down to the show arena. You are all going to be gifted with twins this round, and the promise this is the last round you will be called down as greens. What else would there be in the big top?
If you chose Animorphs last round, you get a single girl. It was hard to break the news to Joel initially, as we hadn't been planning on having kids for a couple more years. He freaked out a little at first, but then he was okay. At least, until I had an ultrasound where the doctor informed me it was twins. Oh man. When I told Joel, he just about fainted! But he loves the boys very much. He went on a Irish history kick a few months before they were born (he's half-Irish) and insisted on them having Irish names. I found a few I liked in the bunch, so I agreed.

C) Our third child, Xanthe, was bprn this month. I was a bit apprehensive as to how the other two would take the news- and it turns out it was with good reason! Ethan was fine- to him it was old hat, because he'd been there with Addie, and his mum just recentley had another little girl, Piper. He got very excited when we told him he might finally get that little brother, but it wasn't to be. He was dissapointed, but is coming round to the idea of having another girl in the family. Aderyn, however, raised heaven and earth in protest. We had 7 months of temper tantrums, fights with Ethan, and loads of attitude. All that stopped the minute we put Xanthe in her arms and now she's over the moon about being the Boss. Little Miss Fashionista is already picking out Xanthe's outfits.

First of all i couldnt fit into my nice jeans. Then i was having lunch with a friend and she suggested seafood, i said "ugh no the smell makes me vomit" so she suggested spicy food again the very idea made me feel sick. So she said jokingly "you cant have seafood, you cant have spicy food - what are you, pregnant?" And then i finally twigged :) We told the kids over dinner one night and they were both excited - although Fflur was totally disgusted when she found out it was a boy! She says she wants a girl next time!

Callum and Cath had been trying to have kids for a long time. When Catherine noticed her period was late, she didn't say anything to Cal, because she wanted to be sure. Two weeks later, they were sitting in bed, and Catherine mentioned that her period was late. Callum was so excited, they scheduled a doctor's appointment for the next afternoon.
Catherine knew Callum really wanted a son, but they wanted it to be a surprise, they knew they were having twins, but they didn't know the sexes. When Cole and Mac were born, Callum couldn't have been happier. Cal wasn't the type to cry, but the day they were born, he was emotional, although he tried to hide it. These new parents couldn't be happier.

Russell and I were thrilled to find we were expecting another baby, and likewise, big brother, Travis, and big sister Carrie, were equally as excited. We made the big announcement to them over a family dinner, and when we found out the baby was a boy, Travis was especially thrilled, at the prospect of having a brother to play with. Now that baby John is home, the kids are absolutely in love with him. Carrie often has to be reminded to be careful, and that he isn't one of her baby dolls, but nevertheless, she loves him dearly. He has been a welcome addition to the family :-)

When I missed my period I thought nothing of it until Luke pipped up one day and asked me when my period was due. I told him to wait a sec while I checked my chart and realised it had been 3 weeks since I should have had it. We went straight to the doctor to do a pregnancy test and it came back positive. Luke was thrilled and as we were leaving the doctor surgery he was telling all the nurses he was going to be a dad. When Edward and Fergus were born he was so overjoyed that he cried. He loves the boys so much and I know he is going to be a fantastic father.

Luke was thrilled and as we were leaving the doctor surgery he was telling all the nurses he was going to be a dad. When Edward and Fergus were born he was so overjoyed that he cried. He loves the boys so much and I know he is going to be a fantastic father.

Manon lacked the extreme morning sickness this time around, and didn't even consider that she might be pregnant until she started gaining weight. She was already 3 months along when she found out.
Gideon and Mollie were both rather upset at the idea of a new baby, they both felt the family was "perfect". "We haff a mommie, an' a daddie, an' a boy an' a girl", as they said. However, as time went on, Mollie got very excited about having a baby in the house, and when we found out it was going to be a girl, she was ecstatic about getting a little sister. Sadly, Gideon never really got used to the idea, and he seems to need a lot of extra attention now that baby Ollie is here.

Cassia was slightly more on the ball this time around; she took the pregnancy test before Horatio even realized anything was wrong. They told Daniel and Kathryn together over breakfast one morning. Daniel was curious about how the baby got inside his mommy, and Kathryn told him proudly it was from eating pickles the stork brought her. Daniel promptly began to sob. It took more than ten minutes to calm him down, and once he was calmer, he revealed that he had snuck one of those pickles from the fridge the evening before. Horatio had to leave the room to keep from laughing, so Cassia was left to try to explain that the baby didn't really come from eating pickles.
