I would avoid using a fn that ends in a vowel (any vowel), since
Electra begins with a vowel; and would similarly avoid any fn that ends in L.
My personal preference would be to rely on a fn that ends in N or T, though other consonants could work. With the T ending, most of the names I've suggested end in -ette, which I like with
Electra because it echoes the short E's. However, if you were spelling it
Elettra I might not be as enthusiastic for -ette names. (But then again I might!) You'll recognize a few of these from your PNL:
Adrienne ElectraAislin ElectraAmber Electra (which I include because it's on your list, redundant meaning or no)

Selene ElectraValentine ElectraVivienne Electra (like this a lot)
Ysanne

Amethyst ElectraAnnette ElectraAntoinette ElectraCharlotte ElectraClaudette ElectraJeanette ElectraLaurette ElectraLisette Electra (really like this)
Lynette ElectraOdette ElectraPaulette ElectraRosette ElectraScarlett Electra (my fave of the -T names, natch)
Violette ElectraYvette Electra
And just to add, the only name ending in a vowel that I might consider would be
Xanthe, but when I say the combo out loud it comes out sounding like
Xanthia Lectra.
And I voted on your babynames.com list. :-)
