Thoma's okay, but NMS. I'd prefer it to Toma, but it still looks like it's missing something.
If you like feminine forms of Thomas, but think they're too long or can't think of nicknames, why not use Tamsin, which is a contracted form of Thomasine/Thomasina?

I don't really care for Tamsin. It has a whiny, bratty kind of feel to me. :-/
