Can't find a real person on short notice, but in addition to the cartoon character there seems to be a character called Marzipan Jones in a mystery novel by Sophie Dunbar:

It wouldn't surprise me if someone eventually named a real child after one of these characters, but I can't find evidence that it's happened yet. :)
