I really like it, however, I prefer Cian just a tad more. I'd love to see either on a baby boy.

I think it sounds okay, but looks confusing to my eye. I like Ciaran and I like Kynan, but this mix is a bit odd and makes me want to say Ciaran.

It`s kinda nice, but I would prfer Ciaran or Kieran.

I'd rather Kenan / Keenan, personally--the Cianan spelling really doesn't do anything for me.
