Does anyone have information on why Louella is so common in the Philippines? I don't actually know the statistics of its use, but I do know that all the Louella's I've ever met are either from the Philippines or of Filipina heritage, and searching on Facebook, most of the Louellas look Filipina. Is there a famous namesake there, or some other reason why it's popular?
