I love this site and would like to offer you the defination of the Biblical name Vashti as stated in the Master Study Bible of CornerStone Press. "the once desired, the beloved". Vashti was the wife of King Ahasuerus and the Queen of Persia and Media who refused to show off her beauty and was deposed as queen. She was replaced by Esther.
