I'm sorry, but I have to say that the Russian spelling is
Ivana, as is in all other Slavic countries as far as I know, so
Ivanna just looks wrong to me. It's an ok name, but boring and dated to me,
Ivan however is quite popular here at the moment. And I'd prononounce it with an 'ee'.
Edited: The link shows that the Russian spelling has two nns, but I've only met Russian women who used the
Ivana spelling. Are there any Russian posters who can explain this?
