Well, I pronounce it MY-ka (the same as Micah) because that is how the mineral mica is pronounced. See http://www.theimage.com/mineral/mica/index.htm for pics. It's pretty enough as far as rocks go.
I don't like as a name, particularly with the mee-kah pronounciation.
