Sorry but I have to go all Harry Potter.
Millicent Bulstrode....had a cat (because Hermione turned into one....through Polyjuice Potion in 2nd year) and was in Slytherin. She was sort of a jerk.

Other than that I sort of like the name Millicent. Also, I had a teacher named that but she went by Milly (outside of the classroom that is).
