I know a Dina. FRench-speaking, but not Yidish-, she's Lebanese.

Yes, I also know a Dina of Moroccan descent, the rather funny thing is that, since she got married to a Jewish guy, her full name looks super-Jewish now, instead of Arabic. I know a Maite, whose real name is Maria Teresa, who's originally from the Philippines.
