No it doesn't
It's either a piece of jewellery or a tiny part played by a well-known actor, I really can't see it as a given name.

I know someone who has s sister FN Cameo. It works for her, I guess, though I am not a fan.

I actually like Cameo. Cami would make a cute nn.

It's okay. Might get some funny looks but I actually think that it could work as a name. It fits right in with all the trendy Cam- names.
I would prefer it as a mn though. I just used it in one the the CAF's and it flowed quite well as a mn.

I always loved it for either gender as a first name. No idea on middle names though.
