[Surname] Polish Speakers: Sowka?

How exactly would you pronounce the surname Sowka? I'm guessing SOWV-ka, but I'm not 100% certain. Have you ever encountered it before? If you have seen it before, has it had an accent over the "o" or not?Thank you!
