I dislike it. It feels too long, because of all the repeated syllables. It also doesn't sound like one name. It sound like two smushed together.Why not just call her Emma Isabella? (fn, mn)
The two "favourite" names are still being used.Another variation - Ella?
It feels like Emma, but also like Isabella.

I agree.Ella is NMS, but Emmabella is NMSAA.
