What's the "typical" number of first names in Finland? I met a Finnish guy that only had one FN and one surname.

Most people I've met have two names (+ surname, of course), but apparently now giving three names to your child is very trendy.

That's funny. In my country I believe there's an actual legal restriction to giving more than two FN's to your child. At least, except for our pseudo-royalty, I've never EVER heard of someone with three given names or more.

We have a bit similar laws, too.
You can't give more than two middle names to your child, and a hyphen name is couted as one name.
I personally don't really like it when people are giving more than one middle name - I've seen only several times combo out of three names that works.
