What do you think of the name Khesan for a girl (KAY-SAN). It is the name of one of my sister's friends.

I love that name for a boy or girl but only spelt Kasen.

It looks like a butchered version of Khe Sanh, which was the name of an US Army base in Vietnam that was the site of a battle during the Vietnam War.

"Khe Sanh" is also the name of a post-Vietnam protest song sung by the Australian band Cold Chisel.
Khesan is definitely nmsaa unless it's a genuine ethnic name given by genuinely ethnic parents lol.
