I love Iris, so Irisa and Irissa are both pretty to my eye as well. But they look made-up to me, unfortunately, so that turns me off to them. :( BTW, I like Irissa better than Irisa, just because I'd tend to pronounce the former with a short "i" in the middle, and I prefer that to eye-REES-a.
