Ariane is very pretty. Princess Ariane of the Netherlands has this name. :-)

I just want to add...

That when I was younger I was rather enamored with the combo Violet Ariane, which I *thought* could mean white violet (then), but upon research I see now that it would mean silver violet.

Funny... that is the name of the street we live on... and we have to constantly say AIR-EE-ANN so they do not think we live in a racist neighborhood!
