Help[Opinions] How do you pronounce Danica?
Is it just Dan-ic-uh, or is it something like Dan-ee-cuh? Also, WDYTO Danica?

English speakers tend to pronounce it with a 'k', while in the Slavic languages (where this name is from) it's 'DAH-nee-tzah'.
Here it's a very dated name and only women over 70 have it (like my grandmother's sister).

All long vowels, and 'a' is NEVER 'uh' for me... I've known a few girls named Danica, all using dah-NEE-kah.

I pronounce it Dan-ic-uh. Also, I think it's a good name. Not one of my favorites, but I don't loathe it either.
