Out of all of them, the only ones I would even think of using are Alida, Ilona, Katarina, Mara, and Mariska. I suppose for someone else's child, Roman, Zsofia, Marta, and Brigitta are tolerable.

If you ever watch "The Third Man," a 1940's film starring Orson Welles, you might get to like Alida. The actress is Alida Valli. She got me into the name when I was growing up.

Well, I'm really attached to Adina, Aliya, Alina, Aliza, Alona, Ilana, etc., so I'm not surprised that Alida appeals to me.
