I'm sorry if that was how it was interpreted, as ClaudiaS said, it is difficult to represent the sound in English due to the different pronounciations of sounds. The way I wrote out the pronounciation as "oh-TILL-ee-ay" would be how I would say it as you mean it; the accent on the
TILL softens the last syllable of ay. It's a bit of a strange sound to get across in English, I hadn't really thought of it before.
