Ciara, Kira and Keira are all KI-ruh to me. Though I did once know a Kiara that was ki-ah-ruh, so Ciara would be more susceptible to that (though K would stop the 's' pronounciation that C lends itself to). I once knew a Kirra. Kirra is suppose to reflect some word (possibly boomerang) from some Australian Aboriginal language. There's also Kiera.
I like Kirra, just because it's not run of the mill and is pronounced as ki-ruh too.
