Rosie is cute as a nickname, but I have to say, it was one of my top choices for my dog's name (we chose Gracie). That being said, it's hard to put it on a human now.

I would stick it with Rose, Rosemary, Rosalind, or Roseanna. My favorite of those is Rosalind.
