To me the name Lillian sounds a bit frumpy and I struggle to see it on anyone under the age of 60 although I know it is popular in the USA so that's probably not an issue for you.
Autumn can seem a bit hippyish but lately it's really growing on me. I was thinking about it after Peter Phillips (Princess Anne's son) married Autumn Kelly recently.
I'd definitely pick Autumn.
