1. I do not think you should just submit names you make up. This is an etymology site, not a "What Dragon_Clarinet Thinks Should Be A Name" site.
2. I'd prefer Astrophela (as-trow-fell-uh), and further, I'd keep it Astrophel for a boy.
3. I'd automatically prn it az-trow-feel-ya. [Like Astro-Ophelia]
