Just to you, some people would (sadly) use those names. Also, I am sorry if I was wrong, I thought "Anglicized" meant on how it was pronounced.

Anglicisation
Anglicisation is the process of converting words (or names) of any other language into a form more easily comprehensible in English. For example, an Anglicised form of Siobhan is Shavonne. The pronunciation remains almost the same, but io becomes a and bh becomes v, as English speakers are more familiar with that type of construction. See what I mean?
