Aravind - Ah-rah-vind
Dev - pronounced like the beginning of Devon
Gauri - GOWR-ee
Gita - GEE-tah
Ila - EE-lah
Nisha - NEE-shah
Rajiv - RAH-zheev, maybe RAH-yeef

Aravind - ARE-a-vind or ARE-a-veend (I'm guessing it's most likely the second one)
Dev - pronounced like the beginning of Devon
Gauri - GOR-ee
Gita - GEE-tah
Ila - EE-lah
Nisha - NEE-shah
Rajiv - RAH-zheev
