[Opinions] Reginald?
For some reason, the name Reginald really strikes me today, especially with the nn Reggie. Any thoughts, people?
Reginald William "Reggie"?
Reginald William "Reggie"?

I LOVE Reginald with the nn Reggie!
I would use it in an instant....but not sure how peoples reactions to it would be.

I'm a HUGE P.G. Wodehouse fan. Reginald strikes me as one of those great, old fashioned sounding names of one of his characters. Loads of fun associations.
I'd really love to see Rex as the nn, but Reggie is cute too.
ETA: No one will believe this, but I didn't read the other comments about P.G. Wodehouse before I responded. I guess Reginald is just reeeeallllly, reeeealllly reminding us all of Mr. W. -- pip, pip!

It's kind of a funny name. You might expect him to be like a parody of the English dandy, top hat, cane, monocle, pipe and all. Like in a Pg Wodehouse book. But in the US, you hardly ever see a whit eguy named Reginald/Reggie.

There was an episode of Spongebob on yesterday evening with a monkey that could be described in that way [without the pipe, of course]. He was named either Sir Reginald or Lord Reginald. :P
And for the moment, that's the only thing I can think of upon hearing Reginald.

Not a bad name, but it's slightly stuck-up. I can imagine a character in a PG Woodehouse novel named Reginald. William is a fine mn, but I dislike Reggie.
I had a conversation about Reginald the other day. the conclusion was that we'd like to meet one but not be one (disregarding the gender issues)
I think it has a nice sound but I dont like Reg or Reggie because its the nald bit that I prefer but Naldie just sounds silly!
I would hate it to be my name though, it would be fun for a day, not forever

Nn Naldo? :-)
ha ha yeah. it's good but the first thing I hear is baldo so I think he'd have trouble when the hair loss kicks in... Naldo-Baldo. Good idea though
