Message: "Conna" - Behind the Name

Today, we were behind a car with one of those "baby on board" signs in the back, only it had been customized with what I assume to be the child's name - "Conna". I can't work it out. Is Conna a real name, or do you think it's just a kreativ spelling? To me, it looked like an attempt to feminize "Connor", but, for all I know, the child could have been a boy.
