I think Rebecca isn't likely to shoot to the top of the charts soon. I kind of see it holding steady or declining a bit.
I've always liked this name myself.
I know three Rebeccas personally and NONE go by Becky, Becca, etc. One is Bex (which I'm not a big fan of), one is Reba (which I do like), and one is always just Rebecca.
