exactly the same ? or names that work in French and English speaking countries ? These are used in France and in English speaking countries:
Emma (em-MA)
Isabelle (ee-zuh-BEL)
Eve (in French it's pronounced like the letter F just a bit softer)
Anne (UHN)
Catherine (kuh-TREEN)
Nicole (nee-COLL)
I'm not so good at explainig pronunciations but they should be ok.
these sound pretty similar/the same in French and English:
Emilie
Louise
Marine
Charlotte (in French it sounds more like shar-LOTT)
Charline
Sophie (zo-FEE)
Marie
Camille (in French it's kuh-MEE)
Elise
Eva (pr. more like Ava in French)
Rosalie
Noelle (dots on the e)
Michelle (but MichÈle is used more often in France)
Chloe (klo-AY, dots on the e)
Zoe (dots on the e)
Claudine
Cécile
I will try to think of more....

Thank you! Certainly some to consider there...
Sorry if i didn't explain myself very well..I'm looking for french or english names that would be pronounced exactly the same in both countries.

oh okay...hmmmmm yeah I think then Emilie, Marine, Louise, Elise, Noelle and Marie would be good. But you know there aren't many names that are EXACTLY pronounced the same in English and French. Marie comes pretty close but the French "R" is still different from the English "R", the same goes for Marine, and Emilie, like many French names, is more like em-me-LEE than EM-me-lee....so I think that would be difficult. but yeah if you want a name that is almost pronounced exactly the same :P Emilie, Marie, Marine, Louise, Elise, Noelle and Michele (accent on the e) might be good names to use...
Thinking about it...the only one I can think of that is exactly the same is Louise.
