Lately, I've fallen in love with this name. However, it's also the real name of Lindsay Lohan's annoying mother (Dina's just her nickname). Do you think it's a nice name or do you think it's too associated with Dina Lohan?

I didn't know Lindsay's mom's name, not that I really went looking for such information. I like Donata. It's uncommon, yet pretty.

I never knew her real name was Donata...so it doesn't make me think of her. It actually makes me think of Doritos, so therefore...I don't really like it.

Haha, the donut thing was my first thought also, my second thought was of a mafia girlfriend or a Jersey girl.

Seriously, very few people know much about celebrities, let alone their family members. I wouldn't be concerned about that at all. Though I agree with RoxStar. I thought of doughnuts when I saw the name. I also thought of Donatelo, the artist/teenage mutant ninja turtle.

I don't know why Lindsay Lohan's mom calls herself Dina. Maybe she thought it was prettier, or maybe people were mispronouncing (or making fun of) her name.

I don't associate it with Lindsay Lohan at all, but I don't really like it. I think because the 'don' part reminds me of Donna, which I hate.

It makes me think of Donata from Final Fantasy X, who bothered me. That's part of the reason I don't like it. The other part is because I don't like the sound. I don't like Donna, Donald, etc. either.
