I rather like Annie as a nickname for Anne, Anna, Anneka, Annabelle, Anabella, Annelise, Anya, Anastasia or even Constance!
It's a very cute nn but is rather childish and the bearer might like the opportunity to use another name if she chooses. It does deffinatley go with Sarah & Patrick, as do the varriants! :)
