I love Olivia, but hate Oliver.
Also, I'm not a fan of match-y names for twins (or siblings for that matter), but people seem to do it a lot.
I know twins that are:
Marina & Marinko
Ella Katarina & Emma Kristina
Mirna & Miran
Petra & Petar
Laura & Lorena
