I love all three of those names. Meg is my favorite nn for Margaret, and I like Daisy as well.
If you had two daughters named Elizabeth and Eleanor, I wouldn't use Elle for Elizabeth, as it would be too confusing. My little sister Elizabeth is called Lizzy, and that is my favorite nn for Elizabeth. I also love Betsy.
Margaret Iris is very pretty. Elizabeth Adelaide is a bit long, but still pretty.

Elizabeth Jean (my sister's name)
