I think it's lovely and I like it a lot. However, I don't think it's usable as a first name. It would make a nice middle name, though.I don't know what kind of names you like but here are some suggestions:

Aww, thanks. :)Tova and Toba would be either ridiculously confusing or a nice way to honor your mom. Maybe you could ask her what she thinks about it?
