I don't disagree with the sentiment that celebrity parents should treat their kids' names more seriously, and I don't like Bronx Mowgli as a name much, but I don't think Bronx Mowgli is anywhere near as absurd as Brainwave Lunchbag or whatever. It's not like place names are uncommon, and Mowgli is at least the name of a fictional character, not a random object (plus, it looks like it's just the MN).
