Do you prefer Tess or Tessa? What combos can you think of? Personally I like...

Tess Victoria
Tess Elizabeth
Tessa Mae
Tessa Melanie
Tess Amelia

I love both versions, it would just depend on the ln and mn. From your list I love all the combos, except Tessa Melanie, as Melanie is nms. There are so many combos that work for these names.

I love Tess. I don't love Tessa.Tess makes me think of "Tess of the d'Urbervilles" (sp?) and I get all nostalgic. :-) Tessa sounds more like a spoiled brat, sorry. It's so princess-y, in a bad way.Tess Eliza is my favorite combination for Tess. (It works as Eliza Tess too.)

I prefer Tessa.Of yours I like Tess Victoria but I like Tessa Victoria (I was out for dinner one night a few years ago and there was a little girl about age 3 or 4, her dad called her Tessa Victoria, I thought it was pretty)I also like Tessa Mae but spelt May, Tess Elizabeth (Tessa Elizabeth would be better) and Tess (or Tessa) Amelia.I think Tessa or Tess can also be nicknames for Theresa too. I went to school with a girl named Theresa Victoria though Victoria was her surname, she got called Tez or Tess sometimes.

I prefer Tess, but only as a nickname.

I like both but as nicknames for Teresa/Theresa. I guess I prefer Tessa of the two but they are both nice just not substantial enough to stand alone.

I was thinking about this earlier and ultimatly came to the conclusion that I like Tess best but short for Celeste.

Tess...But I'm not a fan of either of them. Tess is kind of nice, similar to Claire or Brooke but Tessa is harsh.Tess Cordelia
Tess Emily
Tess Rosemary
Tess LouisaI think it would work well as a middle name....Estella Tess....hmmmm I think it could grow on me (Estella is my number 1 name and I'm still looking for the right middle name).

I ADORE Tess- it is such a spunky yet sophisticated name. I like Tessa as well but it just doesn't pack the same punch that Tess does in my opinion.

I know a Tess and a Tessa. I prefer Tess.

I like both, but only as nicknames for Theresa/Therese. I guess I prefer Tess out of them, as it sounds sweeter.
