Taylor Hanson and his wife, Natalie, welcomed their fourth child, yesterday. The little boy has been named Viggo Moriah.

He joins older siblings Jordan Ezra, Penelope Anne, and River Samuel.

I love their other boy's names, but Penelope Anne is nms. Viggo Moriah seems really out there for them and doesn't fit the sib set very well imo.

Viggo is fine. Moriah is a girls name to me. Very feminine so I dislike it on a boy especially paired with the very masculine Viggo

They call all their kids by middle names, don't they?

I like Viggo Moriah as a combo, but Moriah Hanson on it's own seems like a girl's name to me (I also dislike boy's names on girls). I know that it's a Bible name but it's too close to Mariah, imo.

isn't it just a place name in the bible? then it would be unisex, wouldn't it? and because it has been used in the past for girls and hardly ever for boys i see it as a girls name.

how would you pronounce Viggo? Moriah is more of a girls name for me.

Viggo is great, Moriah is very much a girl's name in my opinion. Overall it's better than most names that celebrities choose. Also it doesn't fit with his sibling's names.
