I don't think it'd make such a great mn because the whole name will sound like "First's no Last" or "Firsts Know Last"
Anna Snow Jones = Anna's no Jones, Annas know Jones
And as a first name I would hesitate because of the Snow White association (and the next level, which is the race association since Snow White is named for her complexion).

But...in both of those examples the sound is "z" not "s." Anna's is pronounced "AN uhz" at least the way I say it. Maybe I'm just not hearing what your're hearing.
I'm just picky about that stuff.
I don't think it should necessarily stop everyone from using a name, but I've gotten so that I listen for it, and it would bother me way too much to use a name that had something like that. Like Isaac Cox. Maybe I'm the only one who hears it, but I do hear it! *shrug* It's not that tragic though.
