I've never encountered Everild before. I was going to remark that it's less problematic for a man than Everard (!) but then I realised that it's a female name.
I'd stick with Eve!

I love Everild, but I prefer Ever as a nn. Eve is ok, too.

My medievalist heart loves it, but my brain says it might be too weird. Well, if you call her Eve it won't be a problem.
