[Opinions] They're both kind of trashy.

Seriously, Caden and Cade are going to be so dated in the next generation... they're shallow and meaningless names that are really just plain boring. The whole -ade and -aden trend really comes across as trashy. If you MUST have one of them, I'd go with Cade. Its history is more extensive than Caden's. However, I'm going to suggest some other names similar to those:Calum
Caedmon
Cadoc
Cael
Caelan
Cai
Cainan
Caleb
Calix
Carbry
Carran
Cassian
Cass
Cash
Cavan

Cian
Ciar
Cole
Colm
Cort
Cuan
CullenAnd some MNs for Cade:
Cade Elias
Cade Elisha
Cade Anthony
Cade Arthur
Cade Oliver
Cade Alexander
Cade Andre
Cade Brennan
Cade Holden
Cade Levi
Cade Gregory
Cade Noah
Cade Philip
Cade Martin
Cade Joseph
