I would've guessed Tel-LAY-uh. But I think people today are very accepting of names that could be pronounced many ways.

she liked Tahlia
but couldn't work out how to spell it. She had written down Taleah and I said its more like Ta-LEAH with the emphasis on the LEE part, rather than the TA part.
and she liked that pronunciation better. Teleia was the prettiest spelling that we thought made sense.
