I love all three of those names, but I can't stand the nicknames.

I can't think of a good nickname for Eleanor. I like it the way it is.

Elizabeth has Betty, Ellie, and Lizzie, which I think might be too common for your specifications.

Martha has Mattie, which is also kind of common.

Etta; Harriet, possibly Elizabeth
Bella; Arabella, Isabella, Annabella,
Donna (okay, I don't think this is a nickname)
Cassie; Cassia, Cassidy, Cassandra
Minna(I love this on its own)/Minnie; Wilhelmina

I like Betty and I don't think that it's that common for Elizabeth, but I have it doing something else in another sibset.

Of your suggestions, I like Etta, Donna and Minnie, but I would like Etta better for Henrietta.
